Work With Jelly is the independent consulting practice of Jelly. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit workwithjelly.com, send an inquiry, use a quiz, or share feedback. Jelly is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. For privacy questions, email hello@workwithjelly.com.
Information you share
- Contact and project inquiries: your name, email address, message, and any project type, budget, timeline, or business details you choose to provide.
- AI readiness quiz: answers are used in your browser to calculate a result. If you request the full breakdown by email, the site submits your email address, total score, result category, and lowest-scoring section.
- Operations chaos quiz: answers and results are calculated in your browser and are not submitted to Work With Jelly.
- Client feedback: your reaction, written feedback, any client name included in your feedback link, and the reward result associated with your submission.
- Email: your address and whatever information you include in your correspondence.
Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential information about other people through these forms.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to you, understand and discuss a potential project, provide a requested quiz breakdown, review client feedback, and administer any associated feedback reward. Technical information may also be used to operate the site, prevent spam, and investigate problems.
Processing is limited to these purposes: responding to requests and taking steps toward a possible engagement, providing information you ask for, and legitimate operational needs such as security and service improvement. Where applicable law requires consent, it must be obtained for the relevant use. You can withdraw consent by contacting me, without affecting processing that already lawfully took place.
Submitting a form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Work With Jelly does not sell your personal information or use these submissions for advertising.
Hosting, forms, and fonts
The site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. Hosting and security services may process technical request information such as your IP address, browser information, requested page, and time of access. Email providers also process correspondence when we communicate.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request those font files, which sends technical information such as your IP address and browser request details. See Google Fonts' privacy information and Netlify's privacy information.
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to address fraud, misuse, or a legal claim.
Cookies and tracking
Work With Jelly does not currently use Google Analytics, Netlify Analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. The quizzes do not save answers in browser cookies or local storage. Hosting security and ordinary browser caching are separate from advertising tracking.
Links to services such as Contra, Gumroad, YouTube, and Instagram take you to separate websites. Their own privacy and cookie policies apply when you visit them.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as needed to respond to your request, manage an ongoing relationship, provide the requested service, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and whether an inquiry becomes a client engagement. Information should be deleted or anonymized when those purposes no longer require it.
You can ask for deletion by email. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or an unresolved matter. Reasonable care is taken to protect information, but no website or email service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to submit a form or provide optional information. Depending on the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, receive a copy of, or request deletion of your information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact hello@workwithjelly.com to make a request. I may need enough information to verify that the request is yours.
You may also raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In the Philippines, this is the National Privacy Commission.
Updates
This policy may change as the website or its services change. The updated version and revision date will appear on this page. A materially different use of information will require an appropriate notice and, where required, consent.
